SKY ANYTIME+ LAUNCH TO DIRECTLY BE AT LOGGERHEADS WITH BBC IPLAYER

The Video On Demand (VOD) arena is all heating up with providers striving to get a one up on the other. Sky is already to woo people with its latest offing, an upgraded version of its popular VOD Sky Anytime services. The current Sky Anytime push services although very popular still has its limitations.

People find the choice of programs in terms variety to be pretty limited. The storage space left on the Sky Plus Box also determines the availability of a program to be viewed.

Broadband Unlimited : If you are looking for unlimited broadband packages, Sky Broadband Unlimited package is the best solution. Sky Unlimited broadband package comes with unlimited usage, speed up to 20Mb & free installation.

The new Sky Anytime+ is bound to be a hit with people even as they get to choose from a collection of six hundred movies which again keep on changing. There are also a variety of programs and sporting events and even exclusive shows from third party channels in the offing for a Sky subscriber.

This however will require a subscriber to get a subscription to both Sky TV as well as Sky Broadband services. The upgraded service won’t require a change or the buying of a new Sky Box. Sky Anytime plus may be easily compatible with the current boxes as well.

This has created a furor of sorts amidst quite a few customers who have Sky TV but are subscribing to a different company’s broadband connection. Many look at this as an act of monopolizing. In the mean time Sky continues to woo people with its presentation of one digital service after other. Right from the launch of Sky HD two years ago to the latest next generation Sky 3D services, Sky has got the fascination of the entire UK.
